酒店本身很好，價格便宜，房間大，又有小型溫泉設施，而且房內電視有標示溫泉設施是否多人，容易安排時間。唯一是伏見站不及榮站有很多商場及餐廳。
酒店整體好，亦近地鐵站。
酒店位於伏見站，原來這區不繁華，晚上8:30後餐廳關門，早上早餐時間又未開，只能吃便利店食物。。
